I was overwhelmed with a great experience at Rich Morton. I do not like dealing with dealerships for service but this one was different than any others I have dealt with in the past. I was happy with the entire service process from start to finish. They made a perfect first impression with their service advisor Emily Hefner. She was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. She gave me all the available options on servicing my car and we were able to come to a quick and painless decision. Unlike other dealers or service shops, I felt as if I was the loop at all times. She gave me an accurate time frame and the service was completed on time the same day!! I was even able to talk with a mechanic there who explained the process. Charlie did a great job with the service and Emily is an asset to Rich Morton. With customer service like this, I will absolutely be considering Rich Morton when I look for a new car!

In February 2012 I bought a 2010 Mercury Milan from Rich Morton. The moment I entered the dealership I was greeted with a smile. The sales staff helped me find the perfect vehicle. I love my car. I've had the car back to service for routine maintainance. The service department was courteous, repectful and they did a great job in a timely fashion. I would recommend doing business with this dealership.

It was a great buying experience. Everyone was upfront and clear in my purchase of a used Mazda 3. There was no pressure and I got an excellent financing rate. After I'd had my car for about 3 months I had a small issue with the radio. They provided me a loaner car and had my car fixed within 1 day. The service dept. was professional, friendly and efficient. My service advisor, Emily, was great. I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future for my automotive needs.

I came in to the dealership not knowing much about the kind of car I wanted, or buying a car in general. It was the first time I ever bought a car on my own, and it was a pretty overwhelming experience. Everyone there was very helpful and treated me with respect, not like some young kid who didn't know what I was doing. I am very happy with my experience at Rich Morton Mazda.

I have a Ford diesel truck that was having issues with the injectors. I called around to all of the local Ford dealerships and they were not able to get to it right away. I called Rich Morton s because a friend referred me to it and right away they were able to get me right in. The prices were lower than the Ford dealerships which I had called and they also would provide me a loaner truck so I could still work. I will now only take my truck there for service
