Friendly service at a great price. My daughter was looking for a Mustang for quite some time now. We decided to take a drive not expecting anything. When all was said and done, we drove home with the vehicle. It was very laid back. All my questions were answered. There was an issue with the TPMS sensor. My wife and I had been looking for trucks for a few weeks and were getting discouraged that the pictures online didn't show the true story. That was not the case at Magothy Motorcars. I actually think the truck we went to look at was cleaner in person! Upon arrival we were given the keys and told to take it out. No paperwork necessary. When we arrived back at Magothy Motorcars we knew we wanted the truck. It just arrived the day before so it still needed to be inspected and such so we couldn't leave with it that day. We were about to pull out the checkbook to leave a deposit and were shocked when a handshake was all the owner wanted. It is hard to find that these days! We went back a week later to pick up the truck and were amazed to find them cleaning it upon arrival. It was already spotless the week prior. We were in and out with the truck in less than an hour. The process couldn't have been easier. Josh, one of the owners, was so laid back and about the furthest thing from your mind when you think of a used car dealer. We will definitely be repeat customers at Magothy Motorcars!
The shopping experience here was great. Taking the truck out for a test drive was a breeze, there was ZERO pressure when we returned, and they were incredibly flexible on payment. As my wife said, "this was easier than buying a stove." We will be returning here next time we're looking for a used car.
Not Your Average Used Car Dealer
Went in to "look" a 2009 Expedition. Took it for a ride with absolutely no hassle or pressure. The truck was in near perfect condition. I have only had the truck for 3 days but I love it. Bennie & Josh are great. We pulled in with a spare tire on our car and Bennie went out of his way to plug the tire for free. These guys are 1 class act! Well worth the ride from Delaware.
