3/26 Saw a commercial that Ace's buy two get one free paint sale had been extended til Monday, 3/27~ awesome, I thought I missed it! I took a vacation day and hit the Ace in Lakeshore Plaza with my list of colors for 6 gallons of paint. Paint guy told me the sale ended on 3/20! Got home, pulled up the commercial AND printed ad online. Called the manager to verify before I drove all the way back up there, had to leave a message, haven't received a call back. Called their 800 customer service to ask if the sale was for only certain locations.....the rep was useless, she had know way of knowing. I could have saved almost $70 with that sale! I still have the taped commercial and online ad on my phone if Ace reads this and decides to do the right thing.
Decent selection. I'd give it 5 stars if they would just fire that bull dog old lady named Jeannette. She has zero customer service, she's lazy, rude, and useless. Anytime I ever end up having to ask her for anything she acts like she's confused wht anyone would bother her while she plots to kill off the customers.
I have visited this business twice in three weeks. Great experience both times. They were helpful in the store, at the register and especially loading my purchases into the van. Best experience at Ace I have had.
