I was extremely impressed by the selection here. I was surprised by the overall size of the store as well. Chances are, they have a style you want. Also worth note, I wasn't pressured or hounded by pushy sales people every time I turned the corner like at Value City or another big name store. The prices here are very competitive and they were running a number of sales when I visited. My next room of furniture will likely come from Gardiner Wolf based on my most recent experience.

We own two living rooms sets, a dining room set and just purchased a bed yesterday from Gardiner. We've had nothing but great experiences. Brian was super helpful and give honest input about whatever it is you're looking for. My first encounter with him was last summer when we ended up not purchasing. We came back this time specifically because of him and were not disappointed. Great pieces, great selection, great prices and best of all, great customer service!

I will hopefully change this rating after September 8 when I get the exchange for not only the wrong color of furniture that was delivered on Aug 30, 2017, but wasn't what we ordered (the Love Seat was supposed to be Power Reclining and Rocking). When I called the store in Pasadena, I was told that the Love Seat could not be Power Reclining and a Rocker "because of the wiring that would be broken by the Rocker". However, when we visited the store yesterday afternoon to see what could be done about our order, my husband was sitting in a Rocker and guess what? It also had Power Reclining! When he reclined, the Rocker disengaged and the Power Reclining/Rocker mechanism worked perfectly (so what is the real truth here?). We redid our order going with a Rocking Loveseat/non-power Reclining but I'm not feeling very confident about this order. We were given a discount, and for that I am very appreciative, but we aren't getting what we originally ordered and, frankly, I'm feeling very apprehensive but I'm hoping that will change even though I have a sense of mistrust and not sure that what I've been told is actually the truth. I'm wondering what is going to show up from their warehouse stock! We will see.
Very judgemental. Asked me 3 times if I needed help finding the exit. Decent prices on clearance though. Lol
