Please lower the price for fruits! I love the food but I'm sick of having to pay $2 for fruits. Great service
Trash all over the floor and dirty ladies room, no toilet paper or hand towels. Waited 25 25 minutes for my order and and the person behind the counter kept talking to other employees. My soup was getting cold sitting on the counter. I had to finally ask him to finish my sandwich and I went to join my friend at table. She also was very upset with her food and with that we left the store never to return there again. BAD TASTE IN MOUTH FOR PANERA BREAD!
I particularly like this as a mid-morning meeting place with friends: I can arrive early and enjoy some coffee and reading while I await the arrival of my meeting partner. It is also good for a quick bite with my wife while we are running errands because of the central location and proximity to retail outlets.
Fast and convenient pick up service. They place your bagged order on a shelf so you don't have to stand in line to pick up your order. Great idea!
Breakfast service here is consistently awful, with rude employees forgetting items in your order or completely missing you entirely. I understand mistakes happen, but I have repeatedly given them my business over several weeks due to convenience on my way to work and they simply can not get their act together. Once in a while you’ll get what you expected with a mocha that doesn’t taste like hot sandy water, but those experiences are too few for me to continue visiting.

You know what you’re getting at any Panera and this one doesn’t disappoint. Although it can be crowded during the most popular times (like lunch on a weekend), the atmosphere is generally okay and the service is fast and efficient.
