Had high hopes for his services as I was recommended to him. Went in and got my taxes done pretty quickly and received my returns quickly as well. However, I was told that my previous years return was most likely wrong (I used turbotax), so I was told to bring in my 2015 documents so he could review and file an amendment if he saw fit. Well, I brought back my docs, and waited almost two months until I called to see what was happening. No response to multiple emails and phone calls. Month 3 I finally got tired of being ignored and took my docs back. Will be going elsewhere.
This is the one stop shop - great service, even catches IRS errors. Well worth every penny.
